Nice view

The room we booked on booking.com was a triple room mean three beds . But when we checked in they gave us a regular room and they squeeze in ăn extra bed that look like a hospital bed very unprofessional looking and so it was blocking our way walking to and from the balcony :( no good I was charge for a triple beds room. But got a regular two bed but add on a terrible bed ?

Close to the beach and on the main road of the beach from but not the busy side

Breakfast is very good, there are many choices, international and local food. Salads, serials, yogurt, rice, curry, breads, fruits, etc. Room has big glass door open to balcony that provide beautiful sea view, and Vinpearl island scenery at night time. Hotel location is good, there are many seafood restaurants and famous local Vietnamese restaurants surrounding as walking distance.

Coffee, in breakfast buffet, is not good taste.

The breakfast was really good. A good selection and the location was good as well.

INo welcoming smile or warm greeting when we arrived so it felt cold and distant. I didn't like that the staffs english was very limited. They were not helpful at all. We asked the receptionist in advance to book a taxi to the train station for our next destination but only got blank looks so we waited for the next shift. So communicating with them was difficult. Also, the corridor and the reception area had a funny odour. Also they hold your passport til you checkout. The floor was always wet after a shower cause there was only a half glass with no door.

The room itself was great, with a large amount of storage space and an area to do hair/make-up which is always appreciated.The breakfast was good and varied.The staff were helpful, and when we were leaving they kindly arranged a taxi that was cheaper than on the Grab app. The pool area was lovely with a great view. There was a very limited bar there however in terms of both drinks and service.The only other downside was that there was a strange, unpleasant smell in the corridor before our room. Thankfully though, the smell wasn’t present in the room itself.

Great room and breakfast.

Location was in a more residential area. The local eateries were for the locals and wanted cash only and didn’t speak English. The more touristy area was further down the beach.

Staff were incredibly helpful. I injured my back and was unable to walk. The hotel provided a taxi driver and wheelchair for me until I managed to get medical help. The room was spacious, with a balcony and clear sea view, just 50 metres from the beach. Excellent breakfast choice. Very good value for money (only £34 a night for the deal I was offered!)

Nothing really, except there were no really good dining options in this locality and it was better to get a taxi into the city centre for choice.

The room is super nice with the ocean view. Its on the main road of Nha trang next to the beach so its easy to swim.The day I came is super nice with a stunning view. The pool is little small and breakfast are good enough. Cheap with the price.

The location is good if you want to live away from the bars and noise on a quiet street. The hotel is located in front of the beach and there are sunbeds and umbrellas for free. The staff nice.

The room was constantly damp no matter was AC on or off. It was hard to sleep there. Also the lights was bad especially in the bathroom. Breakfast was poor, not like on the photos in the description.

The Ocean view

Broken stuff like bath even you order deluxe room, really much noise from 5 AM in the morning just outside the hotel ..I would definetly not go back for this hotel

I asked for a higher floor because we booked for 5 nights, this was granted which I'm the reception staff grateful for.Very nice sea view from the first line on the 17th floor.Room was OK.Location is OK if you have a motorbike, if you use only Grab, stay closer to the center, it'll save you some time & fees.Breakfast is OK but if you have dietary restrictions like us it falls short, but then again the whole world is geared on meat, eggs, dairy products, fats & cheap cancerous vegetable oils... especially in non-Western destinations.

Noise pollution on our 1st 2 nights! The Night Market right in front + some kind of very loud "non-music" thing ongoing next to it, it was really annoying! I can't grasp anyone to even visit such a pathetic sound event! LUCKILY for the remaining 3 nights they moved away, that was a big relief! And then in the morning as others reported; the morning gymnastic people wakes you up too... When they have woken everybody up, they pack up and continue their lives...

Amazing view , nice breakfast , good room

From 5am to 7am every morning they play very very loud music out the front of the Hotel and all the Vietnamese dance . Looks nice but can not sleep

Good location, close to beach and centric,yet not overcrowded.

The room was god, but had minor defects (as mostly everything in Vietnam). The breakfast was the worst I’ve had during my 2-week travel. The staff was generally not friendly, yet not competent enough to show this kind of attitude.

Amazing seaview from the big balcony. We were on 8th floor.Two comfortable armchairs inside with table, also garden set and table outside on the balcony. Comfy beds and bathroom. Situated in a more quiet part of the 6 km long promenade, Nice swimmingpool on 4 th floorl, partly open with seaview.Very good breakfast buffet witch choice for everyone's taste.

A great hotel, close to the beach and away from the hustle and bustle of the crowded city. The breakfast was delicious and varied. The rooms were clean and cleaned daily. There was an option to do laundry and other additional services. We had a wonderful room with a sea view. The hotel is new, clean.

The staff speaks basic English, and the pool was not heated

Very comfortable beds, modern rooms and great views of the sea - you could hear the waves crashing onto the beach at night. After visiting HCM we loved the laid back feeling on Nha Trang. The hotel is on the quieter side of the city (which I liked) but easily walkable to the centre which has great restaurants and spas (try Su Spa). Also loved the I-resort. The staff were nice and whilst not all spoke a lot of English they tried.

As others noted due to a design flaw the bathroom floods after each shower and the window between the bathroom and bedroom is odd but our bathroom had a blind so it was fine. I really wouldn’t bother with the hotel spa - my massage was a complete waste of time and money.

Serious problems of customer services However, regarding the response from the front desk staff and other staff members, we were quite dissatisfied.In particular, we would like to draw your attention to the two women working at the spa. Their attitude and behavior were extremely poor, leaving us feeling very unpleasant.As a result, we did not use the pool even once. This was because there were two women by the poolside who exhibited bad attitudes and were constantly on their phones.Their lack of service-mindedness was shocking, especially for staff working in a hotel.We strongly recommend that you immediately work on improving the service quality of your staff.

The breakfast buffet was ok

First room which we Got defect showerhead and toilet door which not could be closed, second room we Got had a bathtub where the water not could be removed from (we booked deluxe room ), in general was there also alot of noise in the hotel from the staff…. If you like to have a replaced vacation and sleep longer than 5 AM then stay away from here, there is sport activities with really loud Music Down in front of the hotel which starts 5 AM

Far from main are in the city. Massage was terrible, the lady decided to do deep tissue massage without warning me first, that was painful!
